Sutter Hayes is an artist and designer that has worked with concrete since 2010. He prides himself on simple, elegant designs that allow the surface detail of the concrete to take centre stage.

Sutter is not interested in trying to work against concrete's natural materiality. Therefore, his products celebrate the natural beauty of concrete: its rich and varied surface depth; the occasional trapped air bubbles; the tonal variations. These are not flaws, but rather the things that make concrete so beautiful, so unique.
